Ich hatte ja gestern schon über den Standard kurz berichtet - James Dellow hat in seinem Chieftech nun einen tieferen Blick auf das Konzept und die Spezifikationsbestrebungen des Standards geworfen.
CMIS provides a common Web Services and Web 2.0 interface into different Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, with the aim of providing better interoperability and aid the creation of composite applications. I’m a fan of the ATOM Publishing Protocol and I’m pleased that the CMIS REST specification builds on the ATOM model.
